These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of whatsapp.link (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

whatsapp.link is a free, independent tool that lets you create custom short URLs that redirect visitors to a WhatsApp chat with a phone number you provide, optionally with a pre-filled message. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using whatsapp.link you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your responsibilities

When you create a link, you confirm that:

• You own or are authorised to use the phone number you submit.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not impersonate any person or organisation.
• You understand that the link, username, phone number, and pre-filled message will be publicly accessible to anyone who visits the link.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send or facilitate spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent messages.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person.
• Promote or distribute illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to mass-create links without our prior written permission.
• Violate WhatsApp's own Terms of Service or any applicable law.

5. Removal of links

We may suspend or delete any link at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or is the subject of a credible complaint. To report a misused link, email abuse@whatsapp.link.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and code that make up whatsapp.link (excluding content you submit) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "WhatsApp" and the WhatsApp logo are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only.

7. Third-party services

When a visitor clicks a whatsapp.link URL, they are redirected to WhatsApp's official wa.me service. Their interaction with WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for WhatsApp or any other third-party service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, whatsapp.link and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — which, for a free service, is zero.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless whatsapp.link and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of whatsapp.link reside, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
